The newer thinner me!

I’ve been tracking my diet, exercise and supplements for about 8 weeks now. I’ve been trying different methods, recording the results and trying to discover what is the most powerful way for me to lose weight.

Well, my experiments are not done yet, but Let me give you an update on where I am thus far.

In the last 2 months I have lost a total about 40 lbs so far. Not too bad:)

I have lost on average about 1 lbs a day that I was actively exercising and following my diets (I had 1 vacation and then about a week of being sick in the middle of all of that). But there have been a few methods and supplements that have let me use 3-4 pounds a day in very short burst.

I’ll be posting more on each method and result as I go.

40 down – only 50 more to go. I’m about halfway there!

Amazing. You have lost 40 pounds in 2 months..My best wishes to loose the next 50 pounds of your target too. Also take care that you do not regain the weight sooner. Because it is quite easy to loose some pounds but very hard to maintain the lost weight.
