I was never a size 1, but I try to keep a good healthy weight or size. I applaud you in your effort to make a change in your life. 		<description>Well, I made it! I completed the weekend and really did exceed my goals. I got a good amount of sleep - and I lost 2 lbs over 4 days. I wasn&#039;t expecting to lose much weight at all because I knew we were going to be having a bit of a celebration - so I was quite pleased at losing any weight at all.</description>

		<description>Well, I did buy sugar cookie dough, cream cheese, and fruit to make fruit pizzas - hopefully that will not throw Matt off too much.  They are Di-vine.  But since my sleeping habits have been awful too - insomniac pregnant lady - I am trying get more sleep as well.  Maybe everyone will cooperate and sleep in for us??? Miracles still happen.</description>
