I think that everyone is sick of politics – so I’m back to health posts
Initially I received quite a few visitors interested in discussing politics, but I guess that got a little to controversial. So I’m back to posting on health and wellness now. So everyone can breath a sigh of relief.
Please study the issues and vote. But that is all I’ll say for a while I think.
Ok, on weight loss. Well, what can I say. I’ve been sick all weekend. So even though I’ve mopped around and watched a few movies, I’ve not had the energy to really get on and exercise. I’ve also not had the energy or desire to eat. So, I’ve not exactly been health – which is kind of the point of being sick. In fact that is the exact opposite of health last time I checked.
Profound. I know.
Anyway, as I have looked over this last week I have noticed a trend.
1) Very Very stressed
2) Not exercising nearly enough
3) Not drinking nearly enough
4) Not taking my supplements at all
5) Not eating whole foods hardly at all.
6) Not sleeping nearly enough
Now, I do not know if there is one of the things that really is the tipping point. All I can tell you is that is what my last week has looked like as I lost my focus on weight loss in favor of politics and simulteanously added a ton of stress with my work.
So end result is that I’m going to change all of that this week and see how quickly I recover.
I got some good sleep last night – 9 hours actually – which is like a miracle. And I’ve drinking a lot more water. So, I’ll add the rest and see how I do.

I think you need to clarify that you weren’t drinking enough water – else we will wonder if you are tippling some booze to help you cope.
All I can say is I am glad that awful weekend of sickness is over.
That last one was me – I guess it didn’t recognize a regular poster since I haven’t posted a comment all week. That is my punishment – the computer program forgot who I was.
Yes, I'll clarify that “Drinking” comment. I barely even do soda. Mountain Dew is about the hardest thing that I have ever tried drink wise.
Personally, I just stick with water.

Regarding weight loss I think that I forget how important stress, water and sleep are to manage. I can see how fixing those areas will help in the weight loss that I am really interested in.
Thanks for the reminder!
