This book is just a classic that anyone serious about weight loss should read. It will help you understand the principles of a good diet and give you enough good ideas on how to eat right that you might actually be motivated to stick to it for life! I don’t know about you, but it does not taste good I’m going to have a real hard time sticking to it for very long. You will not have that problem with these recipes.

I also like to watch movies 3 times a week while I do my long work outs. This is a liting of the movies that I have watched over the last several years in no particular order. CLICK HERE

If you want to get the movies at a great price you can use ad to buy a membership with blockbuster. I go through about 15 moives a month. That gives me an effective price of less than $2 a movie. They have other plans for lower volume watchers as well. Just pick the one that works best for you. This is the only TV that i watch all week, and I do it at the same time that I exercise – so I get a little entertainment, and I lose lots of pounds.
